New Moon for introspect
This Super New Moon at the 1st Degree of Pisces is time to take stock of what you have achieved, how far you have come on your journey thus far, and what to leave behind.
We’ve had a transformative couple of years both collectively and individually. This new moon is a good time to really reflect on all that has come to pass and prepare ourselves for all that is to come.
Pisces is the last sign of the zodiac. It represents the end of the astrological cycle and as such the end of cycles in our personal lives as well as the collective. We look forward to the new horizons that beckon now. Spring is nearly here, and the new beginnings that come with it will not only benefit us but take us on individual voyages of enlightenment, transformation and manifestation. This is really the end of an era and the beginning of a new one.
It is important that whilst in this stage of being so close to a beginning but yet at an end, we decide what we want to let go of. What we are not prepared to bring with us into the beginning of the new cycle at the next new moon in Aries which will represent a new initiation.
What can you no longer actively put your energy into and must come to a close? Where are you building up momentum and gearing up for a new beginning? Is there any aspect of your life where you have to cut your losses and reprioritise? Is there anything that although unfinished, a wise decision has to be made to leave it so that you can focus your energies on things that will be fruitful for you during the new cycle of the sun through the zodiac?
Pisces is an introspective sign. It is connected with the imagination, the otherworldly, the unseen. What a great time to meditate and really tune into your inner world to gain the answers and inspirations that require stillness and an openness to the universal realms.
With Pisces being so connected to the emotions, it is important that during this new moon phase, we remain grounded and connected. Doing some breath work and as previously mentioned, meditation will help to stay focused and easier navigate any emotional overwhelm that may arise either within oneself or through outside influences. Connecting with others to learn about spirituality is also well aspected at this time.
Creativity will be enhanced at this time so use it to tap into any creative outlets that you can. Singing, listening to music, dancing, creating art, watching films, any way in which you can use your imagination and be inspired will be greatly supported. Unconditional love, healing, oneness, all themes that this new moon greatly enhances these themes. It will help you to connect deeply with the flow of energy happening during this new moon. Just surrender to the ether.
This New Moon is all the more significant if you have any planets or significant points between 1-3 degrees of Pisces.

At this New Moon:
Venus is at the 29th degree of Pisces wrapping things up and preparing for a new cycle around the zodiac.
Pluto is also at an anaretic in Capricorn at 29 degrees and this will represent a massive shift both for the collective consciousness as well as in our individual lives.
(See January recordings on Polly Bateman’s Manifestation Club for more details)
Saturn is also near the end of its cycle through Aquarius, at the 28th degree on this new moon.
I will write more about these shifts and what they mean for us collectively in upcoming New Moon updates.
Thank you for reading
