Introducing The Chariot

Introducing The Chariot

It is my pleasure to introduce to you all the Chariot pendants. These pendants were conceived by myself back in March 2018. The cases are something I'd already been working on since early 2017 (these are coming soon). I'd been relentlessly designing, re-designing, waiting and working on bringing my vision to life. A vision which I am still working on but is ever closer to the first completion.

Enough on that, back to The Chariot. So I came about the idea for the Chariot because as an avid user of crystals, I've had one on my person everyday for over ten years now. I've enjoyed getting to know their many different uses and frequencies. But something I found with carrying them was that the crystal spirals that I bought to keep them in,  (see below) would always tarnish or expand and my stones would drop out. Also, there wasn't much elegance in the cut pieces of cord that was used to hold the spiral cage.

So I designed the crystal eggs as a way to carry the stones with a little more finesse. Something to hold them a little more preciously and with dignity. I drew a rough sketch of a crystal lattice egg and sent it to the manufacturer who was already working on the triangle cabs for the covers. (More on this soon)

With a little more back and forth, some samples and revision and we've arrived at The Chariot. Which I'm so, so happy and proud to share with you all. I decided to call it The chariot because it reminds me of the ancient means of transportation which was one of the 'great enabling technologies of history'. Just like the chariot was a means of transportation for man, this Chariot is a means of holding and transporting your crystals. With added Luxury.

The Chariot Pendants by Earthstrong Accessories

The initial range is comprised of gold plated metal, with cubic zirconia stones, and a clasp which opens to allow storage for your precious stone. This is attached to a luxurious extra-durable cord which is adorned with a cute pair of small golden earth and elephant accents that are adjustable on the string. The necklace is fastened with a traditional lobster clasp.

Enjoy xx  Elizabeth
