Manifestation Crystal Water Bottle

Refillable glass and stainless steel water bottle designed for creating crystal-infused water and personal crystal essences.

Mini tumbled crystals are contained within the base, allowing the crystal element to remain separate from the drinking water.

Holds approximately 18 fl oz (530ml).

Made from glass and stainless steel and supplied with a protective sleeve for transportation.

Natural crystals are individually formed, so the stones supplied will vary in colour, shape and character from bottle to bottle.

Orders are prepared for dispatch as promptly as possible. Delivery times and charges vary according to destination and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Complimentary delivery is available on qualifying orders over £200.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once you have notified us that you wish to make a return, you will have a further 14 days to return the item.

To begin a return, please contact contact@elizabethlopes.co.uk with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return. Return instructions will then be provided.

Returning an Item

Please take reasonable care of items while they are in your possession and return them securely packaged.

You are welcome to inspect and handle an item as you reasonably would when viewing it in person. Where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, and its value has consequently been reduced, an appropriate deduction may be made from the refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. We recommend retaining proof of postage until your return has been completed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm its receipt.

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel an online order, the refund will include the standard outbound delivery charge where applicable. Additional costs resulting from choosing an enhanced or more expensive delivery service are not required to be refunded beyond the standard delivery amount.

Bespoke, Personalised & Made-to-Order Pieces

Certain goods are excluded from the usual right to cancel, including goods made to a customer's specification or clearly personalised.

Where an item is bespoke, personalised or made specifically to your requirements, this will be made clear before purchase where applicable.

This does not affect your statutory rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact contact@elizabethlopes.co.uk as soon as possible with your order details and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

We will work with you to arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under applicable consumer law. UK consumers have statutory protections in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.
